Both options charge the finder's fee only after the state approves and pays.

What if my claim is denied?

For doc prep (under $1K): fees are for document preparation, not contingent on outcome. For full service (over $1K): the finder's fee is only collected if and when the state pays you. No recovery = no finder's fee.

What's the finder's fee percentage?
